Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Chronologs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Chronologs provides

Chronologs is a visual timeline editor that lets you organise life's moments into meaningful timelines. We may update or change the service at any time.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Chronologs.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Chronologs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise harmful or offensive.

Google Photos integration

If you connect Google Photos, you authorise us to import only the photos you explicitly select via Google's Photos Picker. You can disconnect Google Photos at any time from your account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Uploading content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Introducing malicious code or otherwise interfering with the service.

We will remove violating content and report illegal material to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement, without notice.

Reporting abuse

If you encounter content that you believe violates these terms or is illegal, please report it immediately to abuse@chronologs.io. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@chronologs.io.

Chronologs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service.
